I. Nova Cashback Rules Overview
1. Qualification: All Nova users can join the Nova cashback program and be an inviter. Once your invitee trades on Instant Buy and Sell or Orderbook Trading feature, both you and your invitee can share a certain proportion of your invitee's trading fee as cashback.

2. Validity Period: The cashback will be available within 180 days after your invitee registered. Invitees who have registered for more than 180 days will not be able to generate cashback for you. However, you will still have the opportunity to enjoy cashback from trading fees generated by other invitees.

For example, if Bob is invited by Dan and completes his registration on 01/01/2024, they will both earn cashback on trading fees for 180 days, starting on 01/01, based on the fee volume paid by Bob. The percentage of cashback is determined by Dan.
If Bob then successfully invites Alice on 02/01/2024, they will both earn cashback for 180 days from 02/01, based on the fee volume paid by Alice, and the cashback percentage will be determined by Bob.
Likewise, if Bob successfully invites Luna on 05/01/2024, both will earn cashback for 180 days from 05/01, based on the fee volume paid by Luna, and the cashback percentage will be determined by Bob.

3. Cashback Credit:

During the validity period, both you and your invitees will be able to receive trading fee cashback from your invitees in proportion to the corresponding level each day.
Cashback value = Trading fees actually paid per invitee * Proportion of the corresponding level * Your share.

(The trading fees actually paid per invitee are based on the invitee's total trading volume and their Nova VIP levels, excluding possible bonus or coupons; The proportion of the corresponding level is calculated based on the inviter's total number of invitees; Shares of cashback between the inviter and their invitees is determined by the inviter)

Fees charged in cryptocurrencies will be converted to reais, based on the quote at the time the order is successfully executed.
Every day at 03:00, the cashback from the previous day will be credited to your NovaDAX account in reais. Different levels have different Cashback proportions.

Note: You can withdraw or use cashback to trade as you will, but remember to do KYC first to enjoy Nova's complete services.

III. How to invite friends and is there any special request?
1. Referral code: Firstly, you can get your referral code on your inviting page, and then simply send this code to your invitees. When they register their Nova account, you can ask them to fill in the code. Thus, they will be registered as your invitees and both of you can get the rewards.

2. Referral link: You can get your referral code on your inviting page as well. Send the link to your friends, and by clicking it they will open the sign up page with invitation code filled automatically.

3. Sharing post: Click the "INVITE FRIENDS" button on your inviting page, it will show you a post and several social media channels. You can choose the one you like and send out the post, then the members in your community can scan the QR code on the post to register.
